Gingerbread making

It is not uncommon for children to help build little houses out of gingersnap dough to celebrate Christmas. Gingerbread are eaten year round, though most of the time they are not home-made.
Annas Pepparkakor was founded by two sisters in 1929 and Annas recipe is still a well guarded secret. Today they are Royal Warrant holders and produce over 4000 tons of gingerbread and other cookies, out of wich half is exported around the world. In 2002 they opened their second gingerbread factory in Canada.
